1.1 This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) defines the procedure for processing and protecting information about individuals (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) received by Rivenverse Studio (hereinafter referred to as “Studio”) during the provision of services through the website (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), services or software (hereinafter referred to as “Software”) used by Studio.
1.2 The purpose of this Policy is to ensure the proper protection of personal information provided by the User independently when using the Site to purchase products/services, thereby protecting it from unauthorized access and disclosure.
1.3 All actions related to the collection, storage, dissemination and protection of information provided by the User are governed by this Policy, other official Studio documentation, as well as the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
1.4 By using this Site, the User expresses his full agreement with the terms of this Policy.
1.5 In case of disagreement with the conditions specified in this Policy, the User must immediately stop using the Site.
1.6 If the User does not wish to receive notifications from Studio, the User can unsubscribe from the news by following these steps:
1.6.1 Click on the link under the message with the inscription “Unsubscribe”.
1.6.2 Send an email to mail@rivenverse.com, with a request to unsubscribe from the news. The request can be processed for no more than 72 hours. During this time, the User’s subscription to the news will be disabled.
2. Purpose of collecting, processing and storing information
2.1 The processing of the User’s personal data is carried out in full compliance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation. Studio processes personal data for the following purposes:
2.1.1 Identification of the party within the framework of agreements and contracts concluded with Studio.
2.1.2 Provision of products/services to the User, as well as access to the Website and services.
2.1.3 Establishing communication channels with the User, sending a notification about the transaction to the User.
2.1.4 Sending advertising and/or informational messages to the User; no more than 1 message per day.
2.1.5 Conducting checks, research and analysis of such data, which allow to maintain and improve the services provided on the Website and in some of its sections, as well as to develop new services and sections of the Website.
2.1.6 Conducting statistical and other research based on anonymized data.
3. Conditions of personal information processing
3.1 Studio takes all necessary measures to protect the User’s personal data from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure and destruction.
3.2 Studio provides access to the User’s personal data only to those employees and contractors who need this information to ensure the proper functioning of the Site, Services, provision of Services and sale of goods.
3.3 Studio reserves the right to use User data, including personal information, in order to ensure compliance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation (including in order to prevent and/or suppress illegal and/or illegal actions of Users). The disclosure of the information provided will be carried out in strict accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation at the request of the court, law enforcement agencies and in other cases established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
3.4 Studio does not verify the information provided by the User, assuming that the User provides reliable and sufficient information in good faith, as well as changes previously provided information in a timely manner, including, but not limited to, changing the phone number.
4. Terms of Use
4.1 By using the Website, the User confirms that he:
4.1.1 Has all necessary rights to use the Site.
4.1.2 Provides reliable personal information to the extent sufficient for the purposes of using the Site; all other information may be provided by the User at his discretion.
4.1.3 Has a full understanding that his personal information disclosed during the use of the Site may become available to third parties not specified in this Policy, and therefore may be copied and distributed by these third parties.
4.1.4 Have read this Policy and agree with it, and also assumes all the rights and obligations specified in the Policy. 4.2 Studio does not verify the information received (collected) about Users, except in cases when such verification is necessary in order to fulfill obligations to the User.
5. In accordance with this Policy, “personal information provided by the User” means the following:
5.1 Data provided by the User voluntarily during the use of the Site, including, but not limited to, name, mobile phone number and/or email address.
5.2 Data that is automatically transmitted to Studio during the use of the Site using the software installed on the User’s device, including the IP address, information obtained using cookies, information about the user’s browser (or other program used to access the Site), login time, and the address of the requested page.
5.3 Any other information about the User, the collection and/or provision of which is defined in Regulatory Documents related to specific services provided by Studio.
6. Modification and deletion of personal data
6.1 The User may at any time change (update, supplement) the provided personal information or any part of it, as well as privacy settings, by sending an email to mail@rivenverse.com.
6.2 The User can also delete his personal information by sending a notification to mail@rivenverse.com.
7. Making changes to the Privacy Policy
7.1 Studio has the right to make changes to this Policy. If the current version of the Policy is changed, the date of the last update will be indicated. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy. The current version of the Policy is always available on the Site at www.rivenverse.com/legal/privacy.
7.2 The current legislation of the Russian Federation is subject to this Policy and the relations that arise between the User and Studio in connection with the application of the Policy.
